Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Office Genie, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use Office Genie.
2. Description of Service
Office Genie provides a platform for connecting businesses with virtual assistant services. We facilitate the matching of clients with qualified virtual assistants.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of Office Genie, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Payment and Fees
Fees for virtual assistant services are determined by the individual virtual assistants and are subject to change. You are responsible for paying all fees associated with your use of Office Genie.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and materials on Office Genie, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Office Genie or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content that you submit or upload to Office Genie. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant Office Genie a license to use your content.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use Office Genie for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You may not use Office Genie to transmit spam, viruses, or other harmful content.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Office Genie is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that Office Genie will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Office Genie be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Office Genie.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Office Genie harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of Office Genie.
11. Termination
We may terminate your access to Office Genie at any time, with or without cause.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on Office Genie. Your continued use of Office Genie after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Office Genie with respect to your use of Office Genie.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
